Genève-Servette HC crushed HC Davos in Switzerland on Tuesday with a score of 7-0. This was only the second loss of the season for the league leaders Davos, and the first in regular time, after 20 games.

The most punishing player against Davos from the Servette team was Jesse Puljujärvi with his 2+2 points. He scored the team’s third and fourth goals, in addition to assisting on the sixth and seventh goals.

Puljujärvi, who was also selected for the Lions’ EHT team, has recorded 23 points (7+16) in 20 games this season. He is second in the NL scoring race, only behind Davos’ Matej Stransky (15+11=26).

Other Finnish players from Servette also performed well against Davos. Markus Granlund scored 1+2 points, Sakari Manninen had 1+1, and Vili Saarijärvi recorded 0+1.

Servette is currently fourth in the Swiss league with 36 points. At the moment, they are 16 points behind league leaders Davos.
