Swedish forward Linus Omark, who moved to the fifth highest league in Sweden earlier this month, continues his career in the SHL.

SHL club Luleå announces that they have signed a contract with the 38-year-old veteran forward.

Omark transferred at the beginning of November from the Swiss powerhouse Lugano to his hometown ice hockey club Övertorneå HF. Omark ultimately played only one game with Övertorneå, recording an impressive 1+5=6.

In his career, Omark has played in addition to the SHL in Switzerland, the NHL, and the KHL with Salavat Yulaev Ufa and Jokerit. With Jokerit, Omark recorded 16+30=46 points in 60 games during one season.
