MTV: Olli Jokinen would make one big change to the Lions’ lines
The Lions’ meaningless games are now behind them. On Tuesday, Finland will fight for the A-group victory against Switzerland. After that, the quarter-finals and possible medal games will follow.
Throughout the tournament, the Lions’ lines have changed. The reasons have been injuries, new NHL reinforcements, and finding the right chemistry.
MTV’s studio expert Olli Jokinen suggested that no further changes are coming.
– I believe that these lines will be taken into the Switzerland game, Jokinen commented.
However, he would make one change.
– Personally, I would somehow like to see Janne Kuokkanen in the lineup. I think he is a very good player and very useful for that lineup.
Kuokkanen performed strongly in the Lions’ first matches until he dropped to the role of the 13th forward. So far, Kuokkanen has scored one goal and provided two assists in the tournament.
