Anton Levtchill’s harsh setback in Sweden – a long absence ahead
Swedish SHL team Luleå has received unfortunate news regarding Finnish forward Anton Levtchi.
The club reports that Levtchi, who was injured in the last match, has undergone examinations and is expected to be out for 4–6 weeks.
Levtchi, 30, is representing Luleå for his third season. He has started this season effectively, recording 2+7=9 points in 12 games.
Luleå also provided updates on the situation of other players.
Finnish forward Valtteri Puustinen and Swedish defenseman Erik Gustafsson have returned to practice and may be able to play as soon as this week.
On the other hand, Finnish defenseman Otto Leskinen is not yet ready to return to the ice. According to Luleå, it is unlikely that Leskinen will play this week.
