Exciting news from Switzerland – historic contract offers for the Finnish star duo!
Swiss top league team HC Ajoie is doing everything it can to keep its Finnish stars Kristian Tanus and Anttoni Honka in its ranks. According to Swiss newspaper Blick, Ajoie has made the most lucrative contract offers in its history to the duo.
Tanus and Honka have been among Ajoie’s key players this season. Playing his first season in Switzerland, Tanus has scored an impressive 20 points (5+15) in 16 games. He is currently third in the league’s scoring list.
Honka, representing Ajoie for the third season, has collected 14 points (7+7) in 16 games. He is third in the defensemen’s scoring list.
Both Tanus and Honka’s contracts are set to expire after the current season. According to Blick, Swiss club EV Zug is also very interested in Honka’s services.
However, Ajoie is aiming to keep the Finnish duo together. The club is said to have made a joint contract extension offer to the close friends.
Tanus and Honka will both be seen in the ranks of the Lions at the NOCCO Hockey Games.
