Awesome lineup! Here are the performers of the Lions’ World Championship gold celebration
The fresh world championship of the Lions is celebrated today in Helsinki with a spectacular public celebration, as the gold festivities fill the surroundings of the Olympic Stadium at Mäntymäki field and Stadion Square. A large crowd is expected to attend.
The celebration area opens at 4:30 PM, and the program starts at 6 PM. The highlight of the evening is expected around 7:30 PM when the Finnish ice hockey national team, who won the World Championship gold, arrives on stage in front of the audience. The festivities will continue until 9 PM.
The stage will also feature a comprehensive lineup of domestic top artists who will keep the atmosphere lively throughout the evening. Performing are Nelli Matula, Raptori, Käärijä, JVG, Haloo Helsinki!, Linda & Pete, Samuell, Ellinoora, and Vesala.
The gold celebration can also be followed from home, as the event will be broadcast on TV5 and HBO Max. The broadcast starts at 5:45 PM.
