Terrible situation in the Canada match - Switzerland's star player to the hospital!

Canada’s tough player Tom Wilson went to tackle Switzerland’s Kevin Fiala. Ultimately, Fiala was trying to hit back at Wilson, who seemed to be attempting to slightly evade. As a result, their legs somehow got tangled, and Fiala fell onto his own leg.

After the match, Wilson came forward to the media to talk about the situation.

Switzerland’s captain Roman Josi also commented on the situation.

– He is such a good and important player and above all a person. It didn’t look good, Josi said.

– He is a player who plays big minutes on this team. I don’t know what happened. His leg got somehow stuck and he fell on it.

Canada’s captain Sidney Crosby commented on the situation like this:

– You don’t want to see that. It looked bad. Hopefully, he is okay.

Switzerland’s head coach Patrick Fischer later stated that Fiala was taken to the hospital.
