Expressen: Oula Palve is interesting in the SHL – is this the next team?
The veteran center Oula Palve, who had impressive performances in the league in previous years, is currently without a contract.
Expressen lists the 34-year-old Finn as one of the most interesting names for SHL clubs on the brink of the new season in their recent article.
– Palve joined Djurgården towards the end of last season and scored 10 points in 18 regular season games. A skilled and experienced center who still has the ability to create offensive plays. Could he be the center solution for HV71? Considering the market situation, it is hardly impossible, the paper assesses.
Palve started last season in Switzerland with Kloten, but managed to score a modest 1+4=5 in 16 games before his SHL transfer.
Palve was last seen in the league during the 2023-24 season, when he recorded 20+44=64 points in 60 games while wearing Ilves’ jersey.
