Patrik Laine to Europe? Now an exciting revelation has echoed.
Patrik Laine is still without an NHL contract, even though the season has been underway for a while. In trade speculation, the Finnish sniper has even been linked to Europe if interest from North America doesn’t start to show gradually.
Now NHL reporter Emily Kaplan has made a significant revelation regarding the matter.
– While Patrik Laine is without a team, I have been told that he has no interest in signing a contract in Europe. The longer this continues, the more he says he is motivated to prove people wrong, Kaplan writes on X.
Laine’s last season was really difficult. He played only five games with the Montreal Canadiens, recording 0+1, before he got injured. After recovering in the spring, he was no longer part of Montreal’s active roster.
