The Lions announced their team for the Sweden EHT tournament on Monday morning. Eight new players joined the team, most of whom are NHL reinforcements.

With the new players, eight names also dropped out of the Lions’ training group. Among them, defender Rasmus Rissanen and forward Juho Lammikko had to step aside from the training group due to injuries.

Additionally, from Finland’s World Championship training, goalkeeper Emil Larmi, defenders Santeri Hatakka, Anttoni Honka, and Mikko Kokkonen, as well as forwards Roni Hirvonen and Valtteri Ojantakanen dropped out.

The Lions’ World Championship team will be announced after the Sweden EHT tournament.
