The owners had enough: NHL’s Swedish boss fired!

The Swedish GM of the Vancouver Canucks Pattrik Allvin has been fired.
Allvin started his tenure at the helm of Vancouver in January 2022. His time with the Canucks was truly challenging and, above all, downward trending.
This season has been the low point for Vancouver. The team finished last in the entire NHL by a clear margin.
Perhaps the biggest setback of Allvin’s tenure was the loss of star defenseman Quinn Hughes. Hughes wanted out of the struggling franchise, and he was traded to the Minnesota Wild.
