Longtime Edmonton Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse has requested a trade from the team. Nurse is reported to have a list of 3-5 teams he would be willing to move to.

The Fourth Period has learned of two teams that Nurse is willing to move to. According to TFP’s sources, at least the Pittsburgh Penguins and Los Angeles Kings are on the list that Nurse would accept a trade to.

Nurse, 31, played 82 regular season games in Edmonton this past season, recording 7+17=24 points. He earns $9.25 million this season, and his contract runs through 2030.
