Teuvo Teräväinen continued his strong form in the NHL – Patrik Laine wandered in the night
The Montreal Canadiens defeated the Chicago Blackhawks last night in the NHL with a score of 3-2. Teuvo Teräväinen assisted on both of Chicago’s goals.
Teräväinen’s second assist was particularly impressive. He delivered a pinpoint backhand pass to Frank Nazar in the middle of the opponent’s slot during a power play. Nazar scored directly from the pass.
The season has started excellently for Teräväinen. He has accumulated 4 points with 1 goal and 3 assists in three games.
Patrik Laine, who played on Montreal’s fourth line, did not have as good a game. His ice time at even strength was limited. He had some responsibility on the power play but did not produce any points. Laine was mostly visible on the ice due to turnovers and poor passes.
