Surprising territorial takeover by NHL stars – facing the champions of another sport in Finland
Finnish NHL stars will make a new breakthrough into floorball next Monday. In Pori, there will be floorball entertainment in the summer heat with a bit of a twist, as NHL stars challenge floorball names on the Käppärä outdoor field.
Participating in the match are Finnish NHL players Joel Armia and Lenni Hämeenaho. The hockey players’ team also includes other well-known Finnish names, such as Oliwer Kaski, Miro Karjalainen, and Ville Heinola. The team’s coach is Jesse Joensuu.
There is quite an array of top names from the floorball side as well: from the F-League, the fresh Finnish champions Veera Kuosmanen (TPS) and Juuso Ahola (Nokian KrP), as well as former player and current studio personality Toni Lötjönen.
The match between the floorball stars and hockey stars will take place on Monday, June 29, at 14:00. The event is free of charge.
