Goalkeeper Niklas Rubin is rumored to be moving to new surroundings in the Czech top league next season. He still had an option in his contract for next season with Kärpät, but for one reason or another, the option will not be used.
Sports journalist Janne Onnela reveals on X what Rubin’s next team will be.
– “My focus is now on Kärpät. What happens in the future, happens in the future.” Niklas Rubin commented on the transfer rumors to the Czech top league with a tongue-in-cheek attitude, Onnela writes.
– According to my information, Rubin will play next season in Vitkovice.
Rubin has played 26 games this season for Kärpät with a save percentage of 89.8.
