New Jersey Devils forward Jack Hughes is injured under unusual circumstances.
Hughes was injured at a team dinner. He hurt his finger in an unfortunate accident and had to undergo surgery due to the injury. According to the Devils, Hughes is expected to be out for about eight weeks.
Hughes’ loss is naturally a huge setback for the Devils. The star forward has recorded 20 points with 10 goals and 10 assists in 17 games.
