Patrik Laine would be willing to transfer to this NHL team – the annual salary would remain low.

Patrik Laine is changing scenery in the NHL this summer. He will become a free agent in July, and he can negotiate a contract with all teams.
NHL reporter David Pagnotta shared his opinion on Fourth Period about where Laine could go and what his contract might look like.
– Could Patrik Laine take his game to Los Angeles? I believe the location would interest him. Signing him at a low annual salary with a bonus-heavy contract could work for both parties, Pagnotta says.
Bonus-heavy contracts are rare. One example is Jonathan Toews, who signed a contract with the Winnipeg Jets that had an annual salary of 2 million dollars, but potential bonuses in the contract amounted to 5 million dollars.
