Juuso Välimäki: departure passes!

Utah Mammoth has placed Finnish defender Juuso Välimäki on the NHL waiver list.
The 27-year-old Välimäki will continue his season in the AHL with the Tucson Roadrunners unless an NHL team claims him off waivers.
Välimäki has been sidelined for the entire season due to injury. Last season, he played 43 NHL games with Utah, scoring five points (2+3).
Välimäki was selected last year to join the Lions for the Four Nations tournament, but he ultimately did not play a single game.
