Juhamatti Aaltonen has some wild talk about Mikael Granlund on MTV!
Mikael Granlund is, by any measure, one of the greatest lion legends of all time. In his national team career, Granlund has won two world championships, one silver medal at the World Championships, and two Olympic bronze medals.
This spring’s World Championships will be Granlund’s eighth in his career. In 60 World Championship games, he has scored an impressive 57 points.
Granlund is already fourth in the all-time points leaderboard for the Lions in World Championships. Only Ville Peltonen, Petteri Nummelin, and Raimo Helminen are ahead of him.
MTV: In the studio, expert Juhamatti Aaltonen presented a strong opinion about Granlund’s future.
– That lion jersey will someday be raised to the ceiling. That’s it in all its simplicity. Not many get there, but Granlund will, Aaltonen said.
– He can be a tough guy in a tough situation. He is always at his best then. That’s what everyone aims for.
