Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 4-2 in the Stanley Cup finals and took a 3-2 lead in the series.

There have been many goals scored in the finals series. Vegas’ Carter Hart became the first goaltender in NHL finals history to allow at least four goals in the first five finals games.

In the post-game press conference, Vegas head coach John Tortorella was asked if he considered replacing backup Adin Hill in goal after two periods when the score was 3-1 for Carolina. The fiery Tortorella got annoyed by the question.

– Hell no. That might be the dumbest question I’ve ever heard, Tortorella snapped and turned his gaze away.

Hart has played all of Vegas’ playoff games. Backup Hill, on the other hand, last played in the regular season.

In goal for Carolina, Frederik Andersen played all playoff games up to the third finals game, until he was replaced during that game. He was then substituted by Brandon Bussi, who has since played the last two games, winning both.

"That could be the stupidest question I've ever heard." 😳

John Tortorella DID NOT like being asked whether he considered putting in Adin Hill.
