Joel Kiviranta signed a new NHL contract!

The Colorado Avalanche has signed a one-year extension with Finnish forward Joel Kiviranta. The contract is worth 1.25 million dollars.
Kiviranta, 29, has represented Colorado for two seasons. Last season was his most productive in the NHL, with 79 games resulting in 16+7=23 points.
Before moving to Colorado, Kiviranta played for the Dallas Stars for four seasons. In his NHL career, he has played a total of 298 regular-season games (35+25=60) and 51 playoff games (7+7=14).
Kiviranta won gold with the Lions at the World Championships in the spring of 2019.
