Jani Mäkelä commented on Veli-Matti Savinainen’s decision: “One man was found”
Finns Party Jani Mäkelä expressed his opinion regarding Veli-Matti Savinainen‘s decision not to wear a Pride shirt during the TPS–Ilves match.
Mäkelä stated on X that in his opinion, there is only one man playing in the Turku team.
– A “are you a man or a mouse” test was conducted at TPS. The result: one (1) man was found, Mäkelä wrote.
TPS played a With Pride from Turku themed match on Saturday in Pride jerseys. Only Savinainen was seen wearing a different jersey due to his personal beliefs.
Savinainen stated after the match on his Instagram account that he respects all people and believes that everyone should be treated equally, but he does not see Pride ideology as something he wants to personally represent.
