It’s not true! A terrible news about Miro Heiskanen has emerged.
The Dallas Stars received terrible news during the NHL night. Miro Heiskanen was injured in the game against the Minnesota Wild and had to leave the game.
Heiskanen fell awkwardly on the ice when Ryan Hartman checked him. Heiskanen left for the locker room after the incident. Dallas announced during the game that Heiskanen is suffering from a lower body injury and that the return of the Finnish defenseman to the game is uncertain. Heiskanen ultimately did not return to the game.
A longer absence for Heiskanen would be a huge setback for Dallas. The team has only three games left in the regular season before the playoffs begin. Dallas will face Minnesota in the first round of the playoffs.
Already sidelined due to injuries from the Dallas team are Roope Hintz, Michael Bunting, Radek Faksa, Sam Steel, and Tyler Seguin, whose season is over.
Heiskanen has recorded 63 points this season in 77 games with 9 goals and 54 assists.
Dallas won the night’s game against Minnesota with a score of 5-4. Mikko Rantanen had 1 goal and 1 assist, and Esa Lindell had 0 goals and 2 assists.
