Winnipeg Jets’ 2022 first-round draft pick Brad Lambert succeeded in scoring in his third NHL game of the season on Saturday evening Finnish time.

The Finnish forward netted his team’s 2-0 lead against the Pittsburgh Penguins with an assist from Parker Ford, just 2 minutes and 43 seconds into the game. The goal was Lambert’s first in the NHL, having played nine games prior. Previously, the young player had collected two assists in the NHL.

The 21-year-old Finnish talent, playing his fourth season in the Jets organization, played 61 games in the AHL last season, recording 7 goals and 28 assists for a total of 35 points.
