HIFK’s incredibly embarrassing streak has finally ended – see the league results
On Wednesday, the League round was played in six locations. This time, there were several surprises in the results.
HIFK finally managed to break their ten-game losing streak away from home. The team from Helsinki defeated Lukko in Rauma with a score of 3-1.
In Lahti, Pelicans achieved a surprising victory over JYP. The team from Lahti was on fire in the opening period while JYP was still asleep. The visiting team pushed hard in the final periods but managed to get past Patrik Bartosak only once. The final result was a 3-1 home victory for Pelicans.
In Tampere, Tappara defeated Jukurit with a score of 4-3. The fierce performance of Joachim Blichfeld earned him 2+1 points in the game, solidifying his position at the top of the League’s scoring chart.
