The Finnish newcomer of the Dallas Stars, Arttu Hyry, is going viral on social media with an impressive video.
In the video, Hyry practices face-offs in an unusual way, as he uses the end of the stick instead of the blade. This unique technique has garnered a lot of attention among fans.
Hyry played against the Utah Mammoth last night and recorded an assist on a goal by Adam Erne. At the same time, he achieved his first point of the season and the second point of his NHL career. He managed to win eight out of twelve face-offs.
This season, Hyry has played eight games, and his face-off percentage is an impressive 59.2.
