Finnish forward Mika Partanen, 32, is moving to the top league in Poland. Unia Oswiecim has made a contract with Partanen for the upcoming season.

Partanen has played the last four seasons in Norway with Vålerenga. Last season, he recorded 25 points with 8 goals and 17 assists in 30 regular season games, and 4 points with 2 goals and 2 assists in ten playoff games. In total, Partanen played 135 regular season games in Norway, scoring 67 goals and 71 assists for 138 points.

In his career, Partanen has played 335 regular season games in Liiga (65+72=137) and 35 playoff games (6+7=13). For the majority of his Liiga career, Partanen has represented HIFK, and he has also played for Jukurit and Sport.

Partanen has also played two EHT games with the Lions, one KHL game with Jokerit, and 12 games in Switzerland with Lausanne.
