Finnish defender injured in the EHT tournament: long absence

Finnish defender Santeri Hatakka, 24, will be sidelined for a long time.
Hatakka’s SHL team HV71 reports on their website that the Finnish defenseman is expected to return to playing condition in 5-6 weeks.
Hatakka was injured while playing for the Lions in the Swiss EHT tournament two weeks ago. He left the match against Sweden on Saturday and has been out since.
This season, Hatakka has played 21 games in the SHL, scoring 0+5 points. He was also part of the Lions in the EHT tournament held in Tampere in November.
