The Seattle Kraken, fighting for a playoff spot, fell to the Tampa Bay Lightning at home with a score of 2-6 during last night’s NHL round.

The Kraken had to play the game without Finnish forward Eeli Tolvanen. The team announced before the start of the game that Tolvanen would be sidelined due to an upper body injury.

Tolvanen sustained a hard hit at the end of the team’s previous game against the Florida Panthers, resulting in his injury.

Tolvanen has played a total of 65 games this season, with a points tally of 12+22=34.
