The New Jersey Devils placed Finnish forward Juho Lammikko on the transfer list to terminate his contract. Lammikko’s NHL contract has now been terminated.

As a result, Lammikko is now returning to Europe and to a familiar team in Switzerland. ZSC Lions announces that Lammikko is returning to the team with a contract that is valid until 2028.

Lammikko, 30, played 24 games for the Devils this season with stats of 0+2. He has previously represented the Florida Panthers and Vancouver Canucks in the NHL, playing a total of 183 games in the league with points of 11+17=28.

Lammikko represented ZSC Lions for the past three seasons and won two Swiss championships and one CHL championship with the club. With the Lions, Lammikko has won two world championships.
