Carolinalle bad news: star forward was injured frighteningly and Jesperi Kotkaniemi left the game early

The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Vancouver Canucks last night in overtime with a score of 4-3. However, the game surely left a bad taste for the team, as two forwards were injured.
Carolina’s star forward Seth Jarvis was injured in the first period of the game. There was a lot of bad luck in the situation, as teammate Andrei Svetshnikov’s stick hit Jarvis in the eye.
Jesperi Kotkaniemi, on the other hand, had to leave the game in the second period and was unable to return. According to the team, the Finnish forward is suffering from a lower body injury.
In last night’s victory for Carolina, the highly active Sebastian Aho played a significant role again. He recorded 1+1 points. You can admire Aho’s goal below.
