Bold solution! Finnish forward thrown on the waiver list in the NHL.
The New York Rangers have come to a tough decision. The team has placed Finnish forward Juuso Pärssinen on the trade list. Now other NHL teams have the opportunity to acquire Pärssinen without compensation.
Pärssinen’s name was already circulating in trade rumors earlier on Tuesday. He was not present at the team’s practice for “roster management” reasons. The Rangers’ coaching staff was also unable to comment on whether Pärssinen will join the team for their away game trip.
Pärssinen has played 14 games for the Rangers this season, with stats of 2+1. Last season, he also played for the Colorado Avalanche and the Nashville Predators in addition to the Rangers. He accumulated 48 games across three different teams, where he recorded stats of 6+10=16.
