Vancouver’s star forward changes scenery in the NHL – here is the new team!

Vancouver Canucks forward Conor Garland is moving to the Columbus Blue Jackets. In return, Vancouver receives a 3rd round draft pick for this summer’s draft and a 2nd round draft pick for 2028.
Garland, 29, was in his fifth season with Vancouver. He recorded 26 points in 50 games this season with 7 goals and 19 assists. Last season he scored 50 points.
Last summer, Garland signed a six-year extension with Vancouver with an annual salary of six million dollars. This contract is valid until 2032.
Garland has also previously represented the Arizona Coyotes in the NHL.
