Top reinforcement – HIFK’s forward heads to Mestikseen!
The Mestis team Kiekko-Vantaa, suffering from multiple injuries, receives significant help for their offense.
Kiekko-Vantaa announced on Thursday that they have made a loan agreement with HIFK forward Santeri Hartikainen for the remainder of the week. The 26-year-old Hartikainen will be involved already on Thursday when the Vantaa team faces KeuPa HT.
Hartikainen has played 20 Liiga games for HIFK this season, recording 1+2=3 points.
Hartikainen is already a familiar face to Kiekko-Vantaa from the previous season, when he scored impressive points of 19+31=50 in 47 games in Mestis.
– Härski is a familiar player from the previous season and one of the top centers of the season. It’s great that we got Hartikainen to fill in our somewhat depleted roster. He will certainly help us a lot on the ice and bring leadership to the team, Kiekko-Vantaa’s head coach Jani Manninen praised in the announcement.
