The struggles of Jokerit continued on Friday. Ässät was stronger with a score of 4-2 and took the points back to Pori from Veikkaus Arena. This loss was already the eleventh for Jokerit this season.
Ilves, on the other hand, experienced a surprising defeat to HPK. The key figure in the Hämeenlinna team’s victory was goalkeeper Jakob Crespin, who recorded 28 saves in the 3-1 win.
With these results, the league’s top position changed. Ässät rose to 28 points, surpassing Ilves, which has a total of 26 points.
