The league club showed the door to two players – a veteran with over 400 matches now available!
Porin Ässät has decided to part ways with two of their forwards. Kasperi Ojantakanen and Axel Skinnari will not continue with the Liiga club.
The 31-year-old Ojantakanen joined Ässät on a temporary contract that ended at the end of October. The forward managed to play 15 games for the Pori team with stats of 1+0.
The 22-year-old Skinnari’s stint was also brief. His 1+1-year contract included a trial period that ended at the end of October, and Ässät did not take the opportunity to extend the contract.
Skinnari went without points in his 11 Liiga games.
Both forwards are now free to seek new clubs.
Ässät’s Jarno Kultanen thanked the duo, who helped the team during a difficult injury situation.
– Huge thanks to Axel and Kasperi! Both have been great team members and helped us through the injury crisis. We wish them all the best moving forward!
