Tampereen Tappara announces that it has signed a contract extension with defender Olli Juolevi, 27.
Juolevi will start his third season with Tappara next fall. The defender suffered an injury last season, playing only nine regular season games and nine playoff games.
– Juolevi has proven to be one of the top defenders in the league when he is in full condition, and we are very happy that he will continue with us next season as well. He brings continuity to the locker room and is versatile as a player, fitting into several different roles, says Tappara’s sports director Janne Lahti in a statement.
