Tappara celebrates – the trophy broke!

The Canada Cup is in pieces.
Tappara is currently celebrating the Finnish championship on the ice. The celebrations are a bit more subdued right now, as the trophy is in disarray.
The entire cup part of the legendary Canada Cup broke off when it was Kristian Tanus’s turn to lift the trophy. Since then, the cup was seemingly placed back in position, but the players who followed Tanus lifted the trophy very calmly.
– Well, now the trophy is broken. This was probably the real one, Karri Kivi commented on MTV’s broadcast.
The team will receive a replica of the trophy after the match, which can be taken to the celebrations.
