The name of the Norwegian goalkeeper Henrik Haukeland, who played in the league from 2018 to 2020, has surfaced in rumors in Russia.

The Russian site Sport-Express reports that Haukeland might be moving to Traktor.

The 30-year-old Haukeland has played 16 games this season in the German DEL league for the Straubing Tigers with a save percentage of 90.7. In the previous three seasons, the Norwegian national team goalkeeper represented Düsseldorfer EG.

Haukeland played one season in the league with TPS and one season with KooKoo. He accumulated a total of 76 regular season games and four playoff games.

In the Norwegian national team, Haukeland has played in seven World Championships and one Olympics.

This season, only three Nordic players have been seen in the KHL. They are all from Sweden.
