Source: Leevi Teissala leaves TPS – new club confirmed!
Forward Leevi Teissala, 25, is leaving TPS mid-season and moving to Sweden.
Expressen reports that Södertälje SK, playing in Allsvenskan, has verbally agreed with TPS on Teissala’s transfer to the team. According to the newspaper, the contract is nearly finalized, and the transfer is expected to be completed soon.
Teissala has played 40 games for TPS this season, with a total of 3+15=18 points. Recently, his role has been very limited, and he has not been included in the lineup for every game.
In the league, Teissala has played 173 regular season games (21+41=62) and 22 playoff games (4+2). In addition to TPS, he has represented HIFK. Teissala has not played abroad earlier in his career.
