Oulu’s Kärpät forward Eemil Erholtz, 25, is hot property in Sweden. Expressen reports that at least four SHL teams are trying to snatch Erholtz for themselves.
Erholtz’s contract with Kärpät continues for next season, but it includes an overseas clause. According to Expressen’s information, the clause expires at the end of January, before which a decision must be made.
Erholtz won’t come cheap to Sweden. According to the newspaper’s estimate, the forward would need to be paid around 200,000 euros net per season.
This season, Erholtz has been making an excellent impact in Oulu’s offense. He has scored 32 points with 11 goals and 21 assists in 39 games.
