Podcast: TPS defender extension

TPS has signed a two-year extension with defender Ruben Rafkin, 23, as reported by the Turun Tauti podcast in its latest episode.
This season, Rafkin has recorded 8 points (1+7) in 26 games. Additionally, he has accumulated an impressive 78 penalty minutes.
Rafkin is a product of TPS’s own youth system and has represented the club for five seasons. In terms of points, the defender’s best season was 2023-24, when he scored 25 points (4+21) in 57 games.
In the league, Rafkin has also played one season with Tappara. In the SHL, he has played 14 games with Örebro.
