Oskars Batna returns to the League!

Lahden Pelicans announces that they have signed a contract with Latvian forward Oskars Batna extending to the year 2028.
The 30-year-old Batna played 19 games in the early season with Mountfield HK in the Czech Republic, recording 2+0 points. The contract of the Latvian national team forward was terminated on Sunday.
Batna has previously played in the Liiga for Jukurit from 2021 to 2024. The 195-centimeter center scored 20+18=38 points in his last Liiga season over 59 games.
