Leo Komarov, 38, continues his hockey career. He is moving to HC Davos, which plays in the Swiss top league, on a short-term contract for the duration of the Spengler Cup.
Komarov has been sidelined at the start of the season. Last season, he represented HIFK and scored 6+13=19 points in 39 games.
In the same announcement, Davos also mentioned another Finnish reinforcement. EHC Biel-Bienne is loaning forward Niko Huuhtanen, 22, to Davos for the Spengler Cup.
