Detroit Red Wings’ long-time captain and top center Dylan Larkin made the biggest news in the NHL trade market this summer by requesting a trade from his team last week.

NHL reporter Frank Seravalli has now revealed a list of three teams that Larkin would be willing to move to.

These teams are the Florida Panthers, Minnesota Wild, and Vegas Golden Knights. Of the trio, the Wild makes the most sense, as the team has been searching for a top center that meets their needs after making significant investments over the past year.

Having represented the Red Wings for 11 seasons, Larkin is frustrated with his team’s ongoing lack of success. With over 800 games played in the NHL, Larkin has only experienced the playoff atmosphere for one spring and five games.

This season, the Detroit captain recorded 67 points with 34 goals and 33 assists in 74 games. His contract, which includes an annual salary of $8.7 million, runs through the summer of 2031.
