The Mestis team Joensuun Kiekko-Pojat has signed a two-year contract with forward Jesse Koskenkorva.

The 26-year-old forward from Oulu is moving to Joensuu from the German DEL2 league, where he has spent the last three seasons with EV Landshut. A product of Haukiputaan Ahmat who rose to professionalism from Kärpät, he brings extensive experience from both the domestic top league and abroad.

Koskenkorva has 158 Liiga games worth of experience from Kärpät, SaiPa, Tappara, and Sport. Additionally, he has played 50 games in Mestis for Kokkolan Hermes.
