Jokerit: forward out!

The Jokerit organization announces on their Instagram account that forward Ville Leskinen is being searched for a new playing position outside the organization. During the search for a new team, Leskinen is training independently outside of team activities.
Leskinen, 31, transferred to Jokerit from Slovakia during the last season. He played 25 regular season games in Mestis for Jokerit, scoring 6+5=11 points, as well as 13 playoff games with 0+6 points.
Before moving to Jokerit, Leskinen played abroad since the 2021-22 season. In addition to Slovakia, he played in Denmark and Slovenia.
Leskinen played in the Liiga for Jukurit from 2016 to 2021. He has a total of 204 Liiga games played, with a scoring record of 27+28=55 points.
