IL: The familiar colossus from HIFK returns to the League!

Defender Trent Bourque, 27, seen in HIFK in spring 2024, is returning to the Liiga next season.
According to Iltalehti, Bourque has signed a contract with Jyväskylän JYP.
Last season, Bourque played in the top league of Slovakia for HK Proprad. The nearly hundred-kilogram giant totaled 54 regular season games with points of 3+20=23.
In the Liiga, Bourque recorded 5 points (1+4) in 13 regular season games for HIFK in spring 2024.
Bourque has also played earlier in his career in Germany, the AHL, and the ECHL. He is a 6th round draft pick of the St. Louis Blues from the summer of 2017.
