IL: A tough takeover for the Jokers from the SM-liiga

Iltalehti reports that Helsinki Jokerit will be strengthened next season by SaiPa forward Henri Nikkanen.
Nikkanen, 24, has been in excellent form this season, scoring 26 points with 11 goals and 15 assists in 32 games.
Nikkanen’s contract with the Lappeenranta team is set to expire after this season.
According to Iltalehti, Canadian Maxime Fortier is also moving from SaiPa to Jokerit next season.
The Jokers are set to receive several reinforcements from Lappeenranta, as Ilta-Sanomat previously reported that Emil Kuusla and Antti Kalapudas are also moving from SaiPa to Jokerit next season.
