HS: The league’s point monster moves to Jokerit!

The upcoming Liiga team of the Helsinki Jokers is gradually taking shape.
Helsingin Sanomat reports that SaiPa’s star center Antti Kalapudas is moving to the Jokers for the next season.
The 29-year-old Kalapudas has played the last four seasons with SaiPa, coached by Raimo Helminen. This season, the skilled center has achieved impressive stats of 10+7=17 in 21 games.
Kalapudas was fifth in the league’s goal scoring last season with 26 goals. He recorded stats of 26+23=49 in the regular season. Kalapudas was the top scorer in the playoffs last spring with eight goals.
